Our coaching approach

We are a women-led initiative championing the importance of developing inclusive ways of working. Our approach places emphasis on coaching techniques that enable active listening to deeply understand culture, challenges and opportunities. We integrate Appreciative Inquiry to develop an approach that encourages participants to think aspirationally and identify practical approaches to turn aspirations into reality.
