Summary

Assessing team and technology needs

Through a mix of in person and remote sessions, we:

  • carried out a technology audit to understand the overall technology landscape to identify opportunities within the existing systems

  • conducted several deep dive requirements workshops with each of the functional areas to establish requirements for database(s) and membership community to support their needs

  • fully documented these requirements and conducted a market scan for suitable solutions. Interviewed potential solution providers to assess product and partner match

  • provided a detailed recommendations document with clear next steps and guidance on implementation planning

  • advised on how to structure their teams and how to shape their culture to support their digital and technology ambition

  • advised how they could build capacity and expertise within the organisation, to deliver the digital roadmap

  • provided strategic leadership support on how best to “be digital” as an organisation

The team is now informed, actively demoing and selecting their final system based on the recommendations we provided.
